500 hours Yoga Alliance Teacher Training
At Yoga Weeks, we offer a comprehensive path to becoming a 500-hour RYS certified yoga teacher, recognised by Yoga Alliance.
Our structured program allows students to deepen their practice, refine their teaching skills, and gain expertise in multiple yoga disciplines through a combination of 200-hour RYS and 300-hour RYS training.
Understanding the Yoga Alliance 500 – Hours pathway
The Yoga Alliance 500-hour certification is an advanced qualification for yoga teachers who have completed both a 200-hour RYS and a 300-hour RYS program.
This designation allows teachers to register as a 500-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and gain credibility as an advanced Yoga Teacher.
How to achieve your 500 RYS with us
With Yoga Weeks, you can complete your 500-hour RYS certification in one of two ways:
- Intensive Path (2 Months Total) – Complete your 200-hour RYS and 300-hour RYS back-to-back for a fully immersive experience. The 2 courses are always consecutive so check best months and join us for this 9 weeks intensive journey.
- Flexible Path – Take your 200-hour RYS training first, then return when you’re ready to complete your 300-hour RYS at your own pace. There is no limit on time and space.
