One of the most common challenges in today’s yoga world is comparison. Social media can easily create the impression that yoga is all about advanced shapes, handstands, deep backbends, or extreme flexibility. Because of this, many people end up measuring themselves against others and start believing they are somehow “not enough” in their practice.But yoga was never designed to be something to compete in. Its ancient roots are grounded in awareness, presence, and inner transformation — not in how far you can stretch or how complex a posture looks from the outside.Every body carries its own story, its own structure, and its own rhythm. Which means every yoga journey is naturally different.Real yoga begins the moment we shift our attention inward. When we stop looking sideways and start feeling from within, the practice changes completely. Pliegues hacia delante en yin yoga ✨ya sea la postura de la oruga, una sentadilla yogui apoyada o cualquier pliegue suave hacia delante... estas formas invitan al cuerpo a ralentizarse y a la mente a ablandarse.Los pliegues hacia delante estiran suavemente toda la parte posterior del cuerpo a la vez que fomentan el enraizamiento, la introspección y la liberación del sistema nervioso.En yin yoga, no forzamos la profundidad.Permitimos que la gravedad, la respiración y el tiempo abran lentamente el cuerpo de forma natural.físicamente, estas posturas pueden ayudar a:- liberar la tensión de la columna vertebral y las caderas- suavizar los músculos isquiotibiales tensos y la zona lumbar- favorecer la digestión y la circulación- calmar el sistema nervioso después de una sobreestimulaciónemocionalmente, los pliegues hacia delante suelen estar relacionados con la entrega, la reflexión y la vuelta al interior.un recordatorio tranquilo de que la suavidad también puede ser fuerza.permanece más tiempo del que te resulta familiar.respira más despacio de lo que te resulta natural.deja que el cuerpo se funda. 🤍👉🏽 GUARDA ESTO para tu próxima tarde de yin lento.
